LOL - that'll teach me!!

I didn't make notes when we were learning how to look up acts and stuff on the computer... like how to find acts related to your case or that it referred to etc.

I thought I'd remember or something.. anywho could any1 please post how to?!?

I'm just trying to do q4 of the sem guide like what relevant acts have been passed etc. and I have no idea where to go.

Which one do I use?!?

I wish we got handouts like that outlined the steps for using the computers and what process we use when doing what, becasue even when I have tried to make extensive notes it's all a bit jumbled.

go on lecxis nexis - a list comes up with all the acts n ccases your case referred to or that referred to your cas ein future

sometimes there's a hyperlinnk you can click, but if not...

note down the acts etc, then go to the parliamentary library site or another like it and search for it

parliamentary library one's good coz you know it'll be there coz all acts n bills are listed.

All are available througth e-resources on library page udner law

lol well im doing lepore too but im not doing the questions this week coz i have an asisgnment due tomorrow and one friday...

just pick one..whatever's good -

if they mention it, CLA would be good - coz all u gotta do more or less is say they mention it but it's inapplicable coz the case was filed before this was enacted

i cant remember if they mention it tho...
