what does 'legislative initiatives' and 'international law implications' actually mean ?

Well there is a debate going on in the other thread about what "legislative initiatives" means. I am not too sure, but from what i've gathered it is any legislation to do with the case.

mmm thanks.. i sort of tried to look it up on the dictionary but it doesnt really make sense ... guess ill just try answer the questions the way i interpret them :S lol

i wouldnt worry too much about what it means exactly..

margaret said they are simply guidelines of how to go about answering the question..

just make sure you refer to some international conventions or treaties or organisations or something if there are any and if not, say you searched and found none and evidence this in your annexure.

basically, just make sur eou talk about legal/political/constitutional system in aus and how that was impacted, use primary and secondary sources and talk about effect (if any) domestically and internationally be it the effect of woolley on them or vice versa.
