is there such a thing as an introduction that is too long? I'm in the middle of an essay and the intro is 351 words is that too long?

you shouldn't dwell on introductions cos it takes up precious time in the exam. They are a mere formalityy, showing that you know how to structure a response properly. Keep it brief.

make sure u sum everything up in the conclusion cause by the time markers get to the end of ur essay they probably would have forgotten all the good points you made in the essay so REFRESH their memories instead on writing "in conclusion yada yada is effective.." state reasons why as u have discussed in ur essay!
