Well i bought applecare extended warranty with my pod if i ever have battery problems.
Why spend the extra the 99 ? Coz they gave me 2 FREE remote earphones, that i sold for 150$ ;D

haha yeah, mine came with remote (teh 40gb ipod photo before it was discontinued) and the cord is literally 10 meters long! and it only nneds to go about 30cm from my pocket to my ear......crazy..
