Hey guys,
Im in the market for mouse and keyboard that can communicate to my tablet pc via the 3 irda ports it has.
I know there is the normal RF ones, and then the BT ones, but these require one of those large dongles/charge stations that plug into the USB port, and hence the irda mouse/keyboard wouldnt need a dongle?
Any you know of ?
if not, which wireless combo's of mouse/k.board have a "mini usb" like reciever or dongle.....

Help is appreciated..

well, bluetooth recievers are small, just don't use the one they give you.

but very expensive.....

I know of cheap infrared mice, but i've never seen an infrared keyboard.

With infrared your "wirelessness" is affected by whether it (mouse/keyboard) can see the infrared port.

Which gives me an idea of placing mirrors all over the computer room so that the infrared electromagnetic rays can reflect around hopefully ultimately to the infrared port :D

But there is some chance of the rays superimposing itself and may cause destructive interference. Though this would only be significant on very large rooms like 299 792 458 m in length.
