I am doing my cafs irp project and need help. Can you please help me by completing the attached survey. You can just email answers to my such as (a)(b)(c) etc.

The questions are:

I am currently undertaking a HSC assessment task. I would appreciate if you are a teenage male if you could answer the following survey:

1. How do you feel about the way your body looks?
A. Fine - you’re satisfied with your body, most of the time.
B. Okay - although there are parts of it you don’t like very much.
C. Bad - there are a couple of parts that you like, and the rest you hate

2. What should the male body look like?
A. Muscular with wide shoulders and tanned skin.
B. Lean and healthy
C. This is a stupid question- male bodies come in all shapes and sizes.

3. Do you ever get depressed about the way your body looks?
A. All the time - life would be so much better if your body was strong and muscular.
B. Not really - you’re more interested in what your body can do (like sports) than what it looks like.
C. Sometimes - especially if you are teased by other people, or see someone else with a better body than yours.

4. Do you think you’re fat?
A. Yes - you need to lose a few kilos.
B. No - you’re about the right weight for your height.
C. Yes - even though your family and friends reckon you’re not.

5. Do you crash diet to lose weight?
A. All the time - a six-pack stomach is important.
B. Sometimes - maybe to lose the weight you put on over winter.
C. Never - crash dieting is bad for you.

6. Can guys get eating disorders like anorexia nervosa or bulimia?
A. Yes.
B. No.
C. Only if the guy is a bit 'girly'.

7. How do you feel about exercise?
A. It’s the only way to get a good body, so you exercise like crazy every chance you get.
B. Sport is all about how you play, not how you look.
C. You mostly exercise for fun and fitness, but some things you do (like weight train) are just to improve your looks.

8. What do you think about steroids?
A. Steroids are dangerous, and a cheat’s way of getting ahead.
B. Okay for those elite athletes who want to risk it, but those kinds of drugs aren’t for regular guys.
C. You’d use steroids if you had the chance, or you’re using them already.

9. Do you think the media plays a role in your perception of what a teenage male body should look like?

A. Yes
B. No

9. Do you think the media such as television, magazines etc plays a role in the way you perceive your body?
(a) Yes
(b) No

10. If there was something you could change about your body what would it be?

11. How old are you?

Please cut and paste the questions when replying and then highlight the applicable answer etc. thanks again
