Awareness of Self Injury among Young People
Thank you for volunteering to complete this questionnaire. Please be aware that this questionnaire may be time consuming depending on the detail of your answer. Please complete this questionnaire by 6th December 2009, and return it to Rebecca.ciuffetelli@education.nsw.gov.au with SI QUESTIONNAIRE as the subject. Thanks again.
Research Question
Is there enough awareness about self-harm/ self-injury in young people in today’s society?
Purpose of the research
To fulfil requirements of the Independent Research Project, for the New South Wales- Australia , Board of Studies “Community and Family” Studies” HSC course.
Information, privacy and liability:
Information provided by you through this questionnaire may be used in the research report. Email addresses and names will be kept confidential and quotes used from this questionnaire will only be written in the following format:
Quote (Age, Gender, State/Country)
ie: “My favourite food is pumpkin soup” (15, Male, NSW Australia)
