Hey, for my IRP topic i have chosen Frail Aged.
with the results/discussion and conclusion iam having trouble with

* Power within the frail aged and community
* Positive contributions the frail aged makes to the community
* Formulate management strategies that could be used to address the specific needs of the frail aged.

I am not sure what dot point that you are trying to relate Power within the Community to?

However, I can provide some suggestions for the other two points mentioned.

* Positive contributions the frail aged makes to the community- i.e. think of volunteer work e.g. meals on wheels and mentoring programs all of which they do to provide services back to the broader community.

*Formulate management strategies that could be used to address the specific needs of the frail aged- Consider how the strategies in turn can help to address wellbeing and improvement of self-esteem. Again consider volunteer work. Also look at community support groups e.g. knitting club, book club or even bingo. Take community interest by banding together to do jobs to assist elderly around the home e.g. maintenance.

There are probably more that I could come up with. However, I hope that gives you an idea of what you could include for those sections. From there you can tease those out and make a paragraph with a Statement, Expansion, Example and Evaluation.

I hope that I was able to give you some insight into what you could possibly research and discuss.
