Ultimo is a great college of TAFE. It offers almost all the courses you can't find at Baulkham Hills TAFE, e.g. Full-time Cert II in Animal Studies & Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing, both of which are required for a person to become qualified as a vet nurse (you can get exempted from studying the Cert II if you've done HSC subjects like Bio/Chem/PDHPE or have a similar AQF cert).
I would say that YES, Ultimo probably does have Chem and Phys, and Maths almost certainly. My stepmum (well, Dad's GF) goes there for a Dip Photo (Diploma of Photography) and she loves her course ... doing excellent too!
