...at how we can choose to learn ancient or modern history, but nothing inbetween?

Personally I love the middle ages. I would take that class in a second.

lol, i know this is completely way off what i'm supposed to be focusing on at the moment, but I was thinking about this as I was attempting study this morning. I've always been annoyed at how this era isn't a subject in its own right.

Well, i think you should go and write to the Board of Studies to make this new subject. With all the new VET courses being offered, i think it would be unreasonable if they did not offer this.
