Is UNSW the only school that takes applications for early offers? (what i mean is the questionnare we fill out)

No. A lot of universities offer early-entry. However, from what I've seen, they tend not to offer it on courses of ultra-high cutoff (e.g UNSW Comm/Law).

UNSW also offers a regional entry programme which offers early-entry, but that's closed for this year.

What I meant was specifically universities for Medicine or Dentistry (not comm law etc)

Hasn't really been a trend to offer early entry to high UAI courses. Esp not med.
