If you bought one of those cheap bluetooth dongles on ebay, you prolly got this chipset.
BUT, alot of mobile phone software toolsuits need the Widcomm driver to use it, in particular the nokia and motorola tools.
I finally got a way to get it working so i'll post it here in case i forget.
Step 1
uninstall any previous driver.
Step 2

download the Widcomm driver here, and follow the instructions to patch it.
If still don't work
update the ISSC driver to the one that is made by Widcomm.
