What is our username/password?
Is it our student number and password which we use to get into MyStudentAdmin
or our FIT email address or our FIT username and password.
I have tried all three with no success. If someone could give me an idea of what to put into the forms i'll be thankfull.

You need your FIT username and password. You should have been given your FIT username and a random password at enrolment. If you haven't changed your password, then you'll need to find that random password. If it doesn't work, then you'll need to go to the FIT Tech Support desk to get your password reset.

You'll need your FIT login/password to log into http://start.it.uts.edu.au as well as any http://learn.it.uts.edu.au sites that your IT subjects may use, along with other stuff.

jase, what kind of emails get sent to the FIT email (it.uts.edu.au).. cos all my emails are in my UTS general student email, and i don't think i've redirected them. The inbox of my FIT email box has been empty for ages.
