why? im gonna be in first year uni and its the only Job Offer I have right now with good pay
general argument is you get hired as a contractor rather than a casual/part time staff member, meaning that you lose a lot of the privileges and benefits associated with being an actual member of the business rather than a contractor. these benefits generally include things like superannuation, having to do your own taxes, workers compensation eligibility, etc... (basically a lot of the NES)
that said, art of smart offers a lot of the benefits to contractors still. i believe they pay ~10.5% super to your account, do your taxes(?) (this is a bit less of a worry though since you're probably not going to break the tax free threshold part time), and maybe some other stuff.
