electrical engineering / compsci is a classic godly combo, u can basically design and program electrical devices / computers from scratch by yourself
most engineering disciplines already have some sort of computational element to them nowadays, eg mechanical engineering where u can program manufacturing stuff using ur mechanical knowledge, so compsci is already good on top as it gives u more understanding of those computational elements
theres maybe not one specific job that every engineering/compsci doubule major goes into, but any type of applied computing job would be there, like optimising production of products, simulating structures and fluids, etc
obviously if u go into software development, if the software has nothing to do with engineering stuff then it wont be that helpful. similarly if u study petroleum engineering u probably aint gonna be doing much programming, so the compsci degree isnt gonna be doing much. but a lot of engineering and compsci jobs overlap nowadays, even data analyst roles would benefit from having an engineering background as u can know how to clearly model a situation. so id say its a good combination, even if there isn't that one job that is directly at the intersection of engineering and compsci
