John Donne Poetry - Themes? (1 Viewer)

Poetry is not my favourite part of english, however throughout the next few weeks I have an assesment task coming up. I have to find my own poem and give a speech about the themes and techniques, etc. I've found a poem I quite like, Death Be Not Proud and I've tried to pick out the themes.
So far, I've gotten "questioning the power of death" and "metaphysical vs physical". Would anyone be able to let me know if these are on the right track? And if I'm nowhere near the mark would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction? Thanks heaps in advance.
