Journey text type! (1 Viewer)

I need to do a text type...e.g movie,song,book...for my half yearlies which relates to journeys...(what movie or song is best do u guys think?)...pls dont say any books (barely read books) nor say fight club cause too many ppl are doing it!

Suggested texts is what you're asking for basically?

If you want to do a film you have to take into account dialogue, scenery, camera angles.
Song you have to talk about the music features (tone, crescendo, highs and lows?)
Visual text you have to talk the visual features eg. line, colour, rule of thirds, diptych, body language

No matter what type you use you have to know what techniques are used and how to talk about them. There's no real easy way out if you want good marks.

A Beautiful Mind --journey of realising he has gone insane, realising its affecting his family, changing himself because of it, then achieving sucess (inner journey)....plus an interesting movie as well.

Gran Torino---inner journey as changes his attitudes towards African Americans...can analyse how this through juxtaposition b/w his initial body language, dialogue, angles, etc, compared with it at the end, where he also stands up for them.
