i was just wondering whether its unsw that has a double degree in arts/medicine, and if it does, how many places are there?

Yes it is UNSW. Its a 7 year course, where a couple of the years are divided between Art and Medicine.

They said at the info day that there are approximately 10% of people who do medicine that choose to do it this way. (I'm not exactly sure how many people do Med at unsw each year though)

You go through all the normal ways to get into medicine (UMAT then Interview then HSC), and then you put down (after you get accepted) that you want to do Arts/Med.

180 are in the unsw med course. So 10% should be about 20.
I don't think there are a limited number of places tho; it's just that most ppl don't opt for the extra degree.
