Keynesian Budget Essay?
Why Keynesian? I guess you need to know the difference between Keynesian and Neoclassical??

Neoclassical approach states that adjustment to equilibrium output via self-adjusting mechanism of factors prices. Or simply say that markets will always reach an equilibrium by itself.

Keynesian disagrees and states that markets need government intervention.

Oh I see why it's the Keynesian Budget Essay now. First I think you should state why there should be the government intervention. Why should government have policies?

Budget is basically the Fiscal Policy. Talk about:
- What the government can have in the budget ==> surplus, deficit, or balanced
- How does each different budget affect the economy in whole.
- In what situation would the government have the different budgets?
- Give current examples

Say right now, economy is doing well, with high growth. Do you think the government would have a surplus or deficit?

Now, also you can mention how it would affect CAD. Paying off foreign debts (which the Howard government have done the past decade =D)
