as all the IR has been scrapped do we still go by the textbook and learn the information? or do we just completely scrap it as it is unlikely that a questoin will be asked on it as so much varation can occur in answers?

its to hard to say, best chance is just to go by the text book because atleast you will have a background of what was the policies in place. you could also do a search through google, union websites and australian govt. website to see what changes are going to occur

It seems doubtful they will ask you due to all the rapid changes. Plus you could always choose the other question.

I would just learn a basic understanding of the previous workchoices and find out a few basic points about the new system that is/ will be implemented.
