Since these new work place acts occuring, doe this change all the current industrial relations framework, if so, can someone post some notes about this section, or link it to another post talking about it,

It does change the current framework, howevor it is advisable to know both.

You will never be asked to give specific details about current government policy, howevor in essays you are able to impress the teacher if you can demonstrate an understanding of the progression from the old to the new IR laws.
