The last question isn't always globalisation, although it is a common topic.
Examiners can sometimes mix the topics, like they used 2 do in the old course.
A senior marker told me that because last year waz a global question, this year they might make it a Marketing or ER question.
The best option is 2 study all 3 and have a case study ready 4 all 3 topics.

my teacher helped to write the catholic trial and since its apparently a direct simulation of the hsc or something he said the last question will definately be global but the 3rd Q could be either Employment, finance or marketing depending.

NO - Section IV is not always on global.

How it works:

Section III Business report on hypothetic stimulus
Section IV Extended response (i.e. essay)

All 5 topics MUST be covered in these two sections. This means they could have:

Section III: Global, ER, Biz Man&Change
Section IV: Maketing and Finance

Whatever isn't covered in III is done in IV
