Last Minute UAC Application Query (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I know that UAC applications close soon, but I have a really urgent question.

I have Applied by telephone and sat the STAT/RET/whatever its called test a few weeks ago.

Do i need to submit a Supplementary Form A (it says no in the UAC Guide but my careers advisor said we have to).

Please reply ASAP.
