Hi

Just wanted to know if anyone knows of any law firms in perth that specialise in medical law, eg medical negligence? Most of the law firms that have visited our uni are coporate law firms.

the most famous one i've come across is Maurice Blackburn, which does medical class actions.. but they have no offices in Perth, unfortunately.

Your post motivated me to join these forums A lot of my friends are starting to stress about vac clerkship applications for this year, and talk on this topic actually came up today.

Apparently Tottle Partners (boutique firm) does some good medical defence work for a number of practitioners, so maybe have a look at them.
