hi does anyone know the answer for these questions

dont quote me tho :) just elaborate a bit on what im saying

1. Equality is important in the legal system to uphold the rule of law(that everyone is equal in the eyes of the law) and that there is never discrimination in sentencing and continue promote an equal society where no one is above the law.

2. Im thinking that advantages of customary law are that it is often created through the morals and ethics of the people of the society therefore customary law would cover what is seen as acceptable and unacceptable. A disadvantage could be that customary law is often outdated and these laws may not even apply anymore.

3. The law often plays catch up because of the ever changing nature of society and culture. People views, morals and ethics change therefore laws must be changed in accordance with these views and this often takes time
