heya guys, im in yr 11 and about to do my first big legal studies research task and i was jus wondering what the proper way to set out a legal studies essay is (if one exists lol), like the structure n everything .. thanks heaps!

You set out a legal essay the same as you set out any essay. Otherwise, do the very important thing, and ask your teacher as they'll be the one marking it.

Depends on how the question(s) is given. Structured or unstructured?....You will complete your essay question in the same format as it has been given to you if it was structured.
