gah...it's just prelim, I know it's kind of a big deal at this stage but it doesn't count one bit towards your hsc....
that said, must cram for french and chem...came bloody second...i hate coming second...it's almost as bad as coming third. kidding. me? conceited, never.

I'm not trying to say legal is a bludge, or that its easy, but it's pretty much remember and regurgitate - you can be a sponge and still do pretty good...
it's better if you do your own notes, because you'll be able to understand them much better.....

Last questions are the hardest-evaluation.
You must come up with a set of topics to evaluate which can be used for every set of question. ie. Jury duty, Trial by jury, Cost, Time delays...etc.
