was wondering if anyone could help me answer this legal question for my assignment

" in relation to international law, explain the means and processes by which the law changes"

talk about treaties and conventions and also UN resolutions. you could probably talk about international court cases like through the ICJ and war crimes courts but you'd need specific examples.

yep treaties and conventions and why they are introduced (you could include a current issue like George Bush pressuring the UN into passing another resolution to make his bombing of Iraq legal under international law)

Also you can talk about the sources of international law (e.g. customary law) as an introduction maybe
