Hey

Could someone tell me whether it is the whole Part V of the TPA or only the Division 1 of Part V of TPA is examinable for our FINAL on Tuesday??

Also, the cases that we need to know are those mentioned in the lecture and tutorial rite or is it everything including the 2 textbooks?

When I did it last year, it was only Part V Div 1 that was really examinable.

The cases you should focus on should be the main ones discussed in lectures and tutes. Those cases should be enough to help you answer any potential question thouroughly

and I'd say Part V Div 1 is easier than Part IV

Is Legal Entities much more demanding than Business Transaction? What areas of law does it cover?

Well, it is a bit more difficult than Transactions apparently (from what friends tell me - I'm doing it next session)

It's basically Corporations Act 2001
