hi ppls
i noe u prolly get a lot of requests for uai predictions so wonder if you could do one more.... life's a pain... lol
just got my report back 2day and tried unsuccssfully for coupla hrs to figure out whether im on track to the uai im after... can never figure out scalings... so if u guys can hlep me id really appreciate it...
heres my ranks... im from sydney boys high
english adv: 14/189
maths (2u): 4/75
maths ext 1(3u): 33/160
economics: 9/88
latin continuers: 2/8
latin extension: 1/8

i have only a vauge idea where these marks put me, and ive absolutely no idea what course in uni is possible...
if you guys could give me an estimate of UAI and suggest possible uni courses i'd really appreciate it...

I'd say that with those rankings your looking at 98+ especially considering your from a selective school

yeah 99 should be achievable for u
uni courses? based on ur subjects...something like Arts/Law or Commerce/Law ?

More inclined to say someone in the 99s (Tho, Ext1 Mathematics could be better considerin' Ext2)!

heres a problem i got so if u guys can help me...
these are currently the subjects i do:
eng adv: 14/189
maths 2u: 4/75
maths 3u: 33/160
economics: 9/88
latin cont: 2/8
lat in ext: 1/6
but, im also doing
eng ext 1: 42/92
eng ext 2: 8/23
im not happy with the marks im getting in these 2 subjects n im considering dropping them. i did them in the 1st place cos i wanted some cushion for in case i stuff up eng adv but it dosnt seem to be working out... so would i b better off dropping these 2 so i have more time to put into maybe maths where i can lift my maths frm mid band 6 to mid-high band 6 or sticking with them n hope i can get betta marks....
also which options better seeing im trying to get in2 UNSW Law

It depends ... If you have the time! Because Ext2 English ... is more or less do it yourself ... and it might prove useful just in case something goes terribly wrong! I dont really know ...
