I my understanding of magnitude, luminosity and brightness correct?

Luminosity: the total power output of a star
Brightness: the amount of radiant light that reaches an observer (either from earth or from 10pc away, depending)
Magnitude: the brightness of a star, either from earth (apparent) or from 10pc away (absolute)
