Heres the situation, we were meant to attach our assignment file and send it to our tutor/lecturer. For SOME reason, my file doesnt want to be attached - it jsut keeps freezin, even at webmail!! So what do I do!!!?? I have sent a message without the attachment saying I am having problems, and I sent my assignment through my own private email address (Which I dont even know will get to him), but what else can I do? Also, what could be causing the problem?

UPDATE : It just got sent finally, it took like 30 mins to attach. Will they deduct 10% Your thoughts......

In my experience (at my uni at least) lecturers are pretty lenient, so long as you send them an email and let them know whats going on (that being said, they could come back to bite you with the 'you should submit it well before the due time to prevent any such hassles' line)
