1, Install Japanese Softwares on your computer
Here's a list of Jap softwares that I am using. They can all be freely downloaded(無料ダウン*ード) no matter what language your OS is in, but you must adjust your OS language settings otherwise some characters would be incorrectly displayed.

2, For Windows XP users, you may need to switch to Windows Classic view(in Display dialogue), so that the Japanese characters on your computer will look better.(see my attached picture)

Then it's like half the computer is in Japanese. Surely I will install Japanese OS if possible.
