I believe that's the case too, but who cares, u hav a better chance to get it than those ppl who didn't even bother applying 4 it. So, why not apply? (I know I am an optimist)

what was ur estimate? mine was soooo misleading ... actually wait, i got too over confident after i got the estimate that i stopped studying

i know someone who got a 92 for an estimate and ended up with 99.3 .. so .yea ....
