It really depends on which group you are talking about..
I had to write an extended response for an asssessment task and hsc and what i covered in relation to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Cultural) group were the issues of land rights, stereotypes and discrimination. My management strategies included the acknowledging of the traditional owners of the land before ceremonies, Native title Act, Sorry Week, and recognition of contributions of ATSI people such as Cathy Freeman. So basically you are looking at problems the groups face and how we are trying to overcome them.
