hey has anyone heard any marking feedback from teachers marking the adv modules. I was privy to an unsubstantiated statment that they were marking the 1st question . ie bnw/br or whatever anybody else did for it, up, because the question was too difficult in what it asked for and many had struggled. Now this could be utter bullshit and i am in no way advocating it as truth but if anyone else has heard anything similar it would be good to hear.

quetion 1 was by far the easiest
what was so hard to understand
very basic question
it should not be scaled up..highly unlikely

If that is true, it means that they would have compared the difficulty of the 'in the wild' question to the 'transformations' question and found that the 'in the wild' question did not allow students to properly demonstrate their knowledge etc.

The comparison would not be made in relation to other questions in the paper.

I hope that section got marked up, I didn't get to finish my response, hell I didn't even get through half of it, and I was pissed off, because I had so much to write for that question, my hand just wasn't keeping up.
