what about 2021? My enlgish is bad which one was harder the 2021 paper or 2023?
if u play around on desmos, where u have f(x) be an odd function you can see pretty easily that it's not trueCan someone explain why this sheet say question 9 is not c isnt (even)^2 and (odd)^2 even regardless
Dude i have the same calculator, so problem??No I have fx8200 AU
plug into calculator, but yes iirc for q30 i did get π/4 and add π to it on the calculatorDude i have the same calculator, so problem??
i haven't really used most of the functions of the calculator but are you able to do simultaneous equations on it??plug into calculator, but yes iirc for q30 i did get π/4 and add π to it on the calculator
it aint cas, it just gives exact values lmaoi haven't really used most of the functions of the calculator but are you able to do simultaneous equations on it??
i thought all calculators did thatit aint cas, it just gives exact values lmao
nah 8200au gives square roots and pi for radians and inverse trig stuff, also it's nicer for projectile motion cuz easieri thought all calculators did that
wtf did you take that photo withSo what made you get the calculator?? i just heard it was the most advanced hsc approved cal and my old fx100 died so...

What photo, idk what your talking about??wtf did you take that photo with![]()
Idk if you actually said that or if you deleted it, to answer the questionWhat photo, idk what your talking about??
Advanced was on Monday and I rly don’t like advanced but I think I got the same answer as youFor Q31(c), it seems you need to assume that the four students are mutually independent with respect to their availability on next Saturday night. I don't think was able to be deduced from what is given in the question. Given that part (a) was all about independence with respect to availability next Friday and Saturday night for a particular student, you would think it's even more important than normal to state that the four students are independent from each other with respect to their availability (if that indeed was what was supposed to be assumed).
One scenario could be that all four students are best friends and always go out together (if they do go out) on Friday and/or Saturday nights. All the probabilities given earlier in the question could still apply. If that were the case, then the probability that at least one is not available next Saturday would be 1/5. This is clearly different to what I think was intended, namely 1-(4/5)^4.
Do you agree? Or is this question just fine as it is and I'm wrong?
most relieved i have ever been-marking guidelines - they accepted both 36 & 37 koalas!!!
Calculate how many would be expected to weigh less than 11.93 kg by using the above reasoning, the answer would be 363. If 36 were more than 11.93 kg, where/what was the missing koala?no you round down because the question asked how many koalas weigh more than 11.93kg. so there were 36 whole koalas above 11.93 and then you don't consider the .72 because that's not a whole koala if you get what i'm saying. normally, yes you would round up, but in this case you wouldn't because of the question. hope that helps.
noCan we finally agree that this was harder than 2021?
