So I'm doing Commerce/Science and planning to major in Mathematics. But on the 2015 Handbook page for my course, when I click Mathematics in Area of Specialisation, it only gives me the option to click Statistics as the major (http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/specialisations/2015/3529Mathematics.html). This is weird because on the 2014 Handbook it has a whole list of options and allows you to choose Mathematics or Statistics as a major and also links to Applied and Pure Maths for honours. (http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/specialisations/2014/3529Mathematics.html).
Being curious, I opened up the "Mathematics" major page from the 2014 Handbook and then in the URL replaced the 2014 with 2015 and it turns out that there actually exists a page in the 2015 Handbook for the Mathematics Major for Commerce/Science (http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/plans/2015/MATHM13529.html). Is there a glitch on my course page in the 2015 Handbook or did they change it so that I can only pick Statistics as the major? And if so why does the page still exist for the Mathematics majors for 2015?
