ok..
when i use bullet points, the first word i type is always capitalised...
now is there a way to do it with bulleted numbers?
i tried searching the options but could really find anything....or may have missed something?

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, select the first character of the sentence, and then do one of the following:
Retype the character as a capital letter.

-or-
Press SHIFT+F3 to change the case of the character to a capital letter.

Caps would require you to retype the letters.

Using Shift+F3 lets you highlight the letters you want to change, and when you press Shift+F3, Word changes it.

i just go to the first letter, then change it to lowecase. when you press enter, the next line will be lowecase. it just follows what the line above has.
