Sometimes you just need to give the question a go. Sometimes when we are trying to solve, evaluate etc we may not know exactly what to do at first but if we try and give it a go we might get the answer. If that does not work Google will help, I believe v^2 = u^2 + 2as is common physics identity

aight yep i did do that and eventually got it, thanks bdo
