Mobile phone problem (1 Viewer)

I just got my LG HD 6000, but I have a problem. When I tested whehter my phone can receive calls by calling my mobile with my home telephone, my mobile automitcally switches to answering machine orwhatever. I have checked teh manulas and all the menus on the mobile, but i can't fix it...

Anyone can help?? Thanks..
