How long should a creative and reflection be?

Would it be best to prepare a 500 and 500 split? Or maybe a longer story incase its a 12 and 8 mark split?

Is there any chance that they do a full mark creative?

My school assessment required us to write a 12/8 mark split and I ended up writing around 600 for creative and 400-450 for reflection. I'm going to memorise the same one for a 10/10 split as I don't think there is much difference. There is a chance for a full mark creative so I'm probably going to write a 1000 word one just to be safe, idk if it is common though
