I was wondering how well this subject scales because I have no idea. It seems to be challenging so it would be higher than ancient wouldn't it?

Also, if my school is ranked top 30, does this impact my uai quite a lot or not much?

Only thing that will impact your UAI is yourself.

You can be in Ruse and get <30 and you can be in the last ranked school and get 100.

The only time ranking of your school matters is roughly estimating your UAI based on your internal ranks.

What rank your school was last year won't affect you in any way as your school will be re-ranked this year based on the results of this year's class.
