Why is the amount of product in equilibrium reactions maximised if the reactants are in molar ratios? For complete reactions, the amount of product increases until a maximum value governed by the limiting reagant, and plateaus. Could anyone please explain why this graph looks like this, and how it differs from complete reactions? (this came from the NESA Chemistry Additional Questions)
