....what subjects can u choose in ur first semester/year??

must you do like arty/social sciency subjects and then the other half anything u want eg (me wanting to do businessy type subjects)???

so dat wud be like 2 arty subjects den da 2 others bein businessy type

eg

1.athropology
2.women studies
3.macroeconomic principles
4.err accounting

i.e i just made them up... i dont even know what anthropology is??

noo u can do all commerce related subjects like

marketing 101
statistics 170
actuarial 101
comp 123.

u cant do econ110(macro econ), bcos u dont meet the prerequsite... but maybe u can get a waiver, i know someone who did but im not sure

In short, I thnk you can do anything your degree allows you to do, plus anything else which doesn't have a quota or restriction.

yeh do ebiz, that way u can do bba103 which u need for business admin.
im doing bba103 first semester as well

Hehe! Flyin' may be mod, but I'm the one that gets paid to advise for the uni!

Yeah do e-business for sho if you know you want to change to BBA or other Commercey type subjects.

I reckon Arts subjects would be waay more fun. The antrhopology subject on drugs across cultures sounds cool

But it really depends on what you want to do.

In short, yes. Because you have access to more Business/Commerce units.

i srsly think u should do ebiz coz ur like into commerce
i wanna do ebiz becoz of the air-con (ahhhhhhhhhhhh sweeeet) went to the advisory day dunno if thats there place for ebiz tho

well u do a lot of comp subjects, soo im guessing a lot of your time would be spent in the a/c'd comp labs

Apparently UTS had free printing with no quota a year or two ago.

i had free printing, but it was only 10 sheets a week. which was more than enough though.

In Sem II, towards the end, they cancelled most of our accounts. Besides the fact we didn't do anymore Comp units.
