Share what you think is the most efficient and effective method to achieve a rational mind.

A person with a "rational mind" rarely gets confused and is un-biased. They see the logical and inferential connection between things and hence easily identifying logical errors. Example, people talking everyday life, articles, debates, etc.

Extending this, they are usually mentally sharp.

Rationality is important, but it is not the most important thing in existence.

I occasionally remind myself some things are not worth arguing over.

Maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps some things are worth arguing over.

But I am imperfect, just like everyone else. Sometimes it's easier to just let go of things.

Sometimes, it's easier to just ignore the fire right in front of you and step through it.

But I tell you this: Perfect rationality is not worth sacrificing happiness for. I learnt this the hard way and backed off before it consumed me.

That was 5 years ago. I accept it is something I did. I'm not proud of it. But you learn to pick up the pieces and move on.
