if u think divx is good, you might want to check out xvidAntiHyper said:Yeh I find that ripping a dvd movie is done best by converting it into a .avi using the DivX plugin. Absolutely amazing quality for the file size. I once placed 3 dual-layered dvd movies into one 4.7 GB dvd. Of course I had to remove all the extras but if watching it on computers is your goal, this is the best way.
