MSN email notification lag time (1 Viewer)

Why does it take like 2 or 3 mins before msn notifies me of new email nowdays? Is it because I have MSN Plus on or what? Before I installed MSN Plus, I didn't experience such a problem. Any ideas? Thanks

I've had plus for ages and this only started happening recently, so unless plus auto updates itself I don't think its that.

I don't think MSN Plus has anything to do with it, just sounds more like there is a lag between Hotmail and MSN servers.

I don't know, but I do remember this problem occurring only after MSN Plus was installed. I only installed it within the last couple of weeks. Before MSN Plus, there were no problems at all. The email notification would pop up almost instantaneously. Unless there's been problems with the servers lately?
