In terms of teaching quality, employment rate, prestige, and in-take of students every year, which uni do you guys recommend for studying BMusic?

if it was my choice I'd go for Sydney Uni because they have more choices than UNSW does, its very competitive and you have to be really good and know your stuff. if you have done your AMEB exams you would know what is expected of you.
you have to audition as well. I received a booklet and the form for auditions at the open day.
