It's true enough that Naruto dissolved into fillers, much like most anime. Most writers use these as way to give you important information about character that you would otherwise miss because your so interested in the action.
One of my favored things about Naruto is that the "good-guys" actually die... frequently. Gives much realism in a very fictional world. In real life good does not always conquer evil.
alright so now they have a new series called Naruto Shippuuden. In this series Naruto and his gang have grown-up and actually changed clothes. Ta-Da! Sasuke Uchiha is of course still gone and Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno and Kakashi Hatake are still searching for him. So what do you think. Is Shippuuden hot shit. Or should the Naruto of ended at episode 220?
